Landing

Long flights aren't my favourite thing in the world, however I found it slightly more bearable than people had lead me to believe it would be. Amazing sunset and sunrise on the plane. 

Met several students from the UK, US and Australia so lots of the obligatory 'what are you studying' from both parties. I found crossing the international date line quite disorientating. I left London at 3:30pm on the 6th of Jan and arrived in Christchurch at 11:30am on the 8th so i feel likeI've  missed a day. But it's good to be back on the ground.
